Parents Night Out is the Chatsworth Ave. School PTA’s biggest fundraiser, and the community social event of the year. It’s a great way to help out the school while having fun with friends old and new. The theme for the 2018/19 school year is Harvest of Gratitude. It will be held on Thursday, November 8, 2018, from 7:00-10:00pm, at the Larchmont Temple.
There will be items for auction on Handbid, tickets to parties sold live at the event, raffled prizes, and (new for this year) a pie eating contest. Purchase your tickets starting October 1, and get ready for a fabulous evening!
Even before the event, you can help make the PNO a success. Do you have anything interesting or exciting to DONATE TO OUR PNO AUCTION? Vacation Home Rentals! Experiences! Sports Tickets! Items! If you’d like to purchase tickets, here’s how…
STEP 1: DOWNLOAD THE HANDBID APP
If you have an iPhone or Android, you can download the Handbid app from the Apple iTunes App Store or the Google Play store.
Please note we strongly recommend you “Accept notifications from this app” when you open it and join an auction. This will allow you to get push notifications for “Outbid” messages during the auction.
STEP 2: TAP GET STARTED & CREATE ACCOUNT
Next you can create an account. From the App home screen, tap on the “GET STARTED” button and complete the information. Please use your cell phone as the phone number. Tap “NEXT”. Handbid will text you a 5 digit code. Enter this code to log in.
STEP 3: SELECT AUCTION FROM LIST & PURCHASE TICKETS
Select Chatsworth Parents Night Out Fall 2018 from the list of auctions and swipe left to enter the auction. Once in the auction, select “START BIDDING” and then “Buy/View Tickets”. Then, select “BUY TICKETS” and purchase the amount you need. You will need to provide your credit card* details to complete the transaction.
Remember: each individual attending will need their own ticket.
