All of the money raised through our fundraising events and though PTA memberships fund the operating budget of the Hommocks PTA. This budget is carefully managed. Programs that are funded include:
- Student Programs such as cultural arts, supplies and equipment for after school clubs and recess, and scholarships.
- Parent programs such as parent education, parent network meetings, and the online student directory.
- Teacher/Staff Programs such as PTA grants and staff appreciation.
Graduation T Shirts
Each year a special shirt is designed for the graduating class with all of the names of the graduates listed on the back. To purchase a shirt for your 8th grade student, please visit our Online Store.
Movie Night
This event takes place on a Friday evening in September on the Hmx Lawn. Parents can purchase tickets online or students can purchase in person the week leading up to the event. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
School Spirit Wear/Merchandise – Items for sale can be found on the PTA Online Store. Purchased items will be available for pickup locally. On occasion, merchandise is available for purchase at school events.
