Vote Today until 9pm!

With seven hours of voting in the books, we are halfway through School Budget Vote Day.

At this point in the Kentucky Derby, Justify hadn’t yet overtaken the leader. He saved his strongest effort for the stretch run, just as we sense our school community is doing. A fine finishing kick can make all the difference.

Please remember that all registered voters can vote at your local elementary school until 9:00 p.m. tonight. That means you have time to vote now, before or after picking up your kids from school. You can vote while they’re at piano lessons or after dropping them at the field for tonight’s practice or game. You can vote when you get off the train this evening or once homework is finished.

You have time to vote after dinner and before putting the kids to bed. You can even vote this evening and be back on your couch in time to watch the thrilling elimination round featured on tonight’s very special episode of The Voice.

The point is there is still time to vote. And there are so many reasons to vote. We hope you can find a few minutes over the next seven hours and be part of the process that helps shape the best educational experience possible for all students in all six of our schools.
